OUR PROCESS

01.

CONSULTATION AND ASSESSMENT

The staging process begins with a free no-obligation consultation between the homeowner or real estate agent and The Interior Company. During this meeting, we evaluate the property and discuss your goals and budget.

04.

FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES SELECTION

Once the space is decluttered, we select furniture, accessories, artwork, and decor items to enhance the homes appeal. The selection process focuses on highlighting the properties key features, maximising space, and creating an inviting atmosphere that resonates with buyers.

02.

DEVELOPING A STAGING PLAN

Based on the consultation and assessment, we create a detailed staging plan. This plan outlines specific recommendations for decluttering, depersonalising, rearranging furniture, making repairs or updates, and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the home.

05.

STAGING IMPLEMENTATION

With the staging plan in place and the necessary items selected, we begin the implementation phase. This typically involves arranging furniture, styling accessories, adding decorative elements, and optimising the flow and functionality of each room to create a visually appealing and cohesive look.

03.

DECLUTTERING AND DEPERSONALISING

Before staging can begin, you will typically declutter and depersonalise the space. This may involve removing excess furniture, personal belongings, and clutter to create a clean and neutral canvas that appeals to a broad range of potential buyers.

06.

FINAL TOUCHES AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Once the staging is complete, we add the final touches, such as fresh flowers, throw pillows and decorative accents to enhance the overall presentation. Professional photography may also be arranged to capture the staged space in its best light for listing photos and marketing material.
